Keith Brewis is Managing Partner for Grimshaw’s International Operations where he is responsible for the Dubai Studio and chairs the strategic groups looking at the countries that fringe the Indian Ocean and the South China Sea.
He joined Grimshaw in London in 1995 and became a Director in 2004 and Partner in 2007. Keith was responsible for the establishment of the Australian Practice and Kuala Lumpur and Dubai Studios. He lived in Melbourne 2002-2011 to lead the (RAIA National and RIBA Lubetkin award-winning) Southern Cross Station redevelopment. He now lives in Bristol, UK.
With over 25 years of International experience in design and management leadership, Keith has a continued interest in the development of the Grimshaw global practice and how it relates to distinct cultures.
As a recognised industry leader Keith is currently primarily focused on projects with a science, botanical, and sport focus albeit he continues to help to lead the practices thinking in rail, urbanism and new models of workplace. He is committed to the fusion of built form and the natural realm with ambitions into environmental ecology, conservation of biodiversity and the heightened human experience.
