Kalle Pilfalk serves as Director of DreamHack Festivals globally, overseeing the strategic planning and execution of large-scale events such as DreamHack Stockholm, DreamHack Atlanta and DreamHack Birmingham. His role includes coordinating cross-functional teams across product, operations, marketing, esports, commercial, and venue partners to ensure each festival delivers on its defined scope, budget, and timeline. Kalle is also responsible for developing and maintaining DreamHack’s festival frameworks, stage concepts, product structures and host-city partnerships.
