Jen Mitchell joined the NEC Group in November 2024 as Managing Director Arenas, leading the teams at Utilita Arena Birmingham and bp pulse LIVE. With over 25 years of experience in the live events industry, Jen brings deep expertise and strategic leadership to two of the UK’s most high-profile venues.

Her career has spanned major roles across the UK and internationally, including heading up operations at AO Arena Manchester and Leeds First Direct Arena, and contributing to global events such as the 15th Doha Asian Games.

Jen is also committed to supporting the wider industry and the arts. She serves as a trustee for Kings Place Music Foundation and sits on the National Arenas Association steering group, helping to shape the future of live entertainment in the UK.
