George is recognised for leading complex, high-value projects, securing significant capital investment through robust commercial and procurement frameworks, and providing clear, strategic advice that delivers long-term, sustainable outcomes. He has a strong track record of building trusted client relationships and leading multidisciplinary teams within complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Since founding Strategic Esports Group in 2019, George has advised Premier League and EFL football clubs, universities and local authorities on esports strategy, facilities, events and programmes, helping organisations better understand demand and integrate esports into wider sport, education and community strategies.
