In this role, he leads the delivery of next-generation 5G and W-Fi solutions to premier venues across the UK and Ireland, helping operators unlock new revenue streams while enhancing the fan experience.
With over a decade of experience in the wireless infrastructure industry, O'Meara has driven the deployment of cutting-edge connectivity at some of the UK's most iconic sports and entertainment venues, including first direct arena in Leeds, Ascot Racecourse, AO Arena Manchester, Sunderland's Stadium of Light and more. His work focuses on deploying advanced infrastructure designed specifically for high-density crowd environments, enabling venues to provide uninterrupted connectivity while creating new commercial opportunities and improving operational efficiency.
Before joining Boldyn Networks, O'Meara held senior positions at Wireless Infrastructure Group and Shared Access, where he developed expertise in mobile operator relationships and large-scale infrastructure deployment. Prior to his career in wireless connectivity, O'Meara was a professional rugby player, competing for London Welsh, Plymouth Albion, and in the Leinster Rugby Academy, bringing the same competitive drive and strategic thinking to the telecommunications sector.
