Radvilė Krušinskienė is an operations and transformation executive with more than 20 years of leadership across sports and entertainment, fintech and IT. Since 2023 she has served as Chief Operations Officer of Žalgiris Group, leading strategy and execution across its sports and entertainment businesses and delivering double-digit year-over-year growth.
She runs a demanding venue and event operation serving two home teams, BC Žalgiris and FC “Kauno Žalgiris”, alongside a varied programme of international sport, concerts and commercial events. She has embedded a proactive, continuous-improvement culture and is a key business stakeholder for the Žalgiris Insider app, shaping its roadmap and commercial potential.
Fans should feel confident and cared for, never burdened by the measures that keep them safe. Her approach is built on that principle. Security, crowd management and contingency planning are designed to work in the background of the guest journey: from ticketing and the app, through arrival and entry, to in-venue service and safe departure.
That approach draws on an unusual mix of experience. At TransUnion
Baltics she directed six teams delivering IT and security operations for the
UK fintech market and ran 24/7 support for client-facing platforms. Earlier,
at the Lithuanian Basketball Federation, she managed event technology for
national and international basketball events, including FIBA-related LAN,
CCTV, power and telecom systems. In a region facing hybrid threats and
an uncertain security outlook, she brings a calm, structured and fan-first
view of what it takes to keep major live events running.
