A Chartered Surveyor with a master’s degree in real estate from Bayes Business School, he is an experienced real estate development, investment and asset management professional with a proven track record of delivering complex projects and driving portfolio growth across the UK and Europe, specialising in the end-to-end delivery of complex opportunities.

He leads the asset management of The O2 Entertainment District and Leisure portfolio, successfully achieving full occupancy while overseeing several high-profile leasing transactions, including Guinness World Records and iFLY. He has also led the development and delivery of significant venue projects, including the redevelopment of Wolverhampton Civic Halls, the award-winning 93rd by Qatar Airways at The O2, and most recently Olympia BA Arc. In addition, he played a pivotal role in the stabilisation and repair of The O2 roof canopy following Storm Eunice, supporting the venue's successful reopening after the severe weather event.

Alongside his asset management and development responsibilities, he is part of the team responsible for identifying, evaluating and securing new investment, development and partnership opportunities across Europe, supporting the continued expansion and long-term growth of AEG's portfolio.
